Our Foundation
McIlhinney Sport Management was founded in 2023 by Sean McIlhinney after 27 years of practicing law, along with his two nephews, Kane Siebold and McKay Siebold, to fufill a lifelong dream to be a NFL sports agent. Sean quickly passed the NFL agent exam and secured his certification and license in 2024. From the agency's inception, we have had a singular vision: to provide unparalleled representation and strategic guidance to college and NFL football players in the ever-evolving business landscape of football. What started as a passion project has grown into a trusted name in the industry, known for integrity, hard work, innovation, and results. Kane and McKay, both accomplished football players in their own right, are now working full time for the agency and attending law school to become attorneys and licensed agents.
Our journey began with a deep understanding that success in sports management requires more than just business acumen, it demands a genuine passion for the game, hard work, an unwavering commitment to our clients, and the ability to navigate complex challenges with expertise and grace.
